Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of Power Engagement ("we", "us"), a promotion service that delivers views and engagement to public social media content. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of, or authorised to promote, the content you submit. You may only submit content that is public, unrestricted by country, and lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. The service

• Campaigns typically begin within 24 hours of a completed order and setup.
• Delivery is gradual and estimated volumes are targets, not guarantees.
• Metrics reported in your dashboard are our best measurement and may differ from platform analytics.

4. Account access you provide

Some campaigns require account access to run. Where you supply a username and password, you authorise us to access that account solely to run the campaign you ordered. You may change your password at any time after the campaign completes. Do not send us credentials for accounts you do not control.

5. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in full at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your card details.

6. Platform independence

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok or YouTube. Use of our service may conflict with a platform's own terms, and you accept that risk. We are not responsible for platform actions taken against your account.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to promote content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes another person's rights. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or account suspension.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
