Privacy Policy

Power Engagement collects only what is needed to run the campaign you ordered and to keep your dashboard working.

What we collect

• Account: email address and the dashboard password you choose (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Contact: first name, last name and phone number.
• Campaign: the link to the post you want promoted and your targeting preferences.
• Platform access: where a campaign requires it, the social account username and password you submit. These are stored restricted to our service systems and are never shown back in the browser or shared with third parties.
• Payment: handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of the card only. We never see or store full card numbers.

Why we collect it

To create and run your order, to give you access to your dashboard and reporting, to provide support, and, where you consented, to send occasional marketing messages. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor (for the transaction) and our hosting and database provider (to store the data). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and account records are kept while your account is open and for as long as we are legally required to keep transaction records. Platform credentials are deleted on request once a campaign has finished.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and campaign data. Email support@powerengagement.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the checkout and anti-bot check. We do not run advertising trackers.
