48 hour campaign launch guarantee

We guarantee your campaign will be live within 48 hours of receiving your login code. This is our only refund window. If we fail to launch your campaign within 48 hours of receiving your code, you are eligible for a full refund.

When the guarantee starts

The 48 hour guarantee starts when we receive your login code, not when you place your order. Until we receive your credentials, we are waiting on your end to begin. As soon as your code is submitted, our team begins setup and delivery.

No refund once your campaign is live

Once your campaign is live and views are being delivered, all sales are final. The views are real, permanent, and yours to keep. They appear in your analytics and do not drop or disappear. Because the value is delivered immediately and permanently, we cannot issue a refund after launch.

How to request a refund

If we miss the 48 hour launch deadline after receiving your login code, email us at support@powerengagement365.com from the email address used to place your order. Include your order number and the video or post link. We will verify the campaign status and process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

We maintain a 99.2% on time delivery rate. Refunds are rare because our process is built to launch campaigns fast and reliably.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We would rather verify and resolve the issue directly.
